Collision sub emitter is not triggered after particle collision
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached (case_900209-New_Unity_Project_24.zip)
2. Open scene "bugreport_demo_scene".
3. Press play.
Expected result: After collision, sub emitter will play.
Actual result: Sub emitter does not play.
Note: If sub emitter works as expected, stop play mode, unmark looping on all particle systems and mark again. After that, press play again.
After pressing simulate, sub emitters work correctly.
Reproduced on: 5.6.0b6, 5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0b1.
