Collaborate summary does not delete itself after publishing
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open Edit -> Project Settings -> Services
3. Select any organization and click "Create project ID"
4. In Editor, press on Collab button (this will open Collaborate Window)
5. In Collaborate Window, write "Description" in the summary field
6. Select all changes and press "Publish"
Expected result: the changes are published and the summary is deleted
Actual result: the changes are published and the summary is not deleted
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a17, 2020.1.0a22 (1.3.2, 1.3.7)
Could not test with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.17f1, 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.1f1, 2020.1.0a16 (an old version of collab)
