Cloud Preset doesn't change when changing via Script in Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene“ Scene (Assets)
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: In the Game view, the clouds are shown like the “Overcast” Cloud Preset
Actual result: In the Game view, the clouds are still shown like the “Sparse” Cloud Preset
Reproducible with: 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a14), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b6), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a8)
Not reproducible with: 12.1.7 (2021.3.8f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.14f1), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a13)
Can’t test with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.39f1) (Errors in the Console)
Reproduced on: macOS (12.5)
Note: After exiting Play Mode, the Cloud Preset remains “Overcast”, but the clouds are still shown like the “Sparse” Cloud Preset
