Cloth Sphere colliders are not initialized for collision properly
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "ClothTesting.zip"
2. Open test.unity scene
3. Enter play mode
Expected result: plane collides with sphere
Actual result: sphere is ignored and plane falls down
Reproduced on: 5.6.4p4 2017.3.0b7 2017.3.1p1 2018.1.0b7
Notes: as it seems, if a plane does not have a high triangle mesh count or the sphere is small enough to fit in the places between the triangles, the cloth will not register a collision.
