Cloth is affected by rotation and movement, even when using cloth.ClearTransformMotion
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Open scene "Cloth" and play it
3. Select "Girl" gameobject in the hierarchy, to more easily notice rotation and movement in the scene
4. Click the Left Mouse Button in the Game view and observe that the cloth is not simulated
5. Drag "BoneB" from the hierarchy in the "Test" script on "Girl" gameobject
6. Click on the game view again and observe that the suddenly jumping around
Expected result: cloth.ClearTransformMotion method prevents cloth from jumping around
Actual result: The cloth is jumping
