[Cloth] Cloth editor has 2 identicle edit contraints buttons - both seem dysfunctional
Steps to repro
1. Open attached project, or create a new one
2. Create a cube and attach the cloth component
3. Notice that the cloth component has 2x "Edit self or inter collision" buttons (https://i.gyazo.com/6921423ec6e604b675ec364ec3fa7865.png )
Both of these buttons seem dysfunctional and when clicked do nothing
Expected:
When the button is clicked the cloth constraints should become editable and highlighted in the scene view.
