Clicking on and cycling through objects stacked on top of each other not working when objects are prefabs
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Open Scenes > "Cycle Through Stacked Sprites (Prefab Instances)"
3. Press on a sprite in the Scene View multiple times
Expected result: Clicking multiple times result in cycling through prefabs
Actual result: Clicking multiple times result in the selection of only one prefab
Reproducible with - 2017.4.26f1, 2018.3.14f1, 2019.1.1f1, 2019.2.0a14, 2019.3.0a1
