Cinemachine's DollyTrack's handles don't show up when one of two Inspector windows is pinned to another object
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project ("e15 TrackHandles")
2. Select "Directional Light" object in the Hierarchy window
3. Lock the leftmost Inspector window (lock symbol on the Inspector tab bar)
4. Select "DollyTrack1" object in the Hierarchy window
5. Create two or more waypoints of the track in the rightmost Inspector window (plus button)
Expected: DollyTrack handles appear with every added waypoint
Actual: No DollyTrack handles appear
Reproduced with(Cinemachine versions): 2.1.12, 2.1.13, 2.2.0, 2.2.7
Notes:
Dolly Camera with Track also does reproduce the bug
Unity version does not affect bug reproduction
Pinning other Inspector window instead of mentioned one, does not reproduce the bug
Moving Inspector windows does not influence the reproduction if pinned Inspector window is the same original leftmost Inspector window
