[Cinemachine] Virtual Camera does not update during Blend Cancellation
Steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-126783“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Scene or the Game view
Actual Result: The camera has a hitch every couple of seconds
Expected Result: The camera follows the target smoothly
Reproducible with: 3.1.0, 3.1.5 (6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.4f1, 6000.4.0b4, 6000.5.0a4)
Couldn’t test with: 3.0.1 (Package error)
Reproducible environments: Windows 11 (by reporter), macOS 26.2
Not reproducible environments: No other environments tested
