Cinemachine Confine Screen Edges not fully restricted by colliders when Cinemachine camera and Box Volume are rotated
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Cinemachine Collider Issue.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Select the "CM vcam1" Cinemachine GameObject
4. Move the selected GameObject to Box Volume collider's bounds
Expected result: Cinemachine camera is bound to Box Volume
Actual result: Cinemachine camera moves out or doesn't reach the edge of Box Volume collider
Reproducible with: 2.8.4 (2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.4f1), 2.8.6, 2.9.0-pre.6 (2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a15)
