Horizontal Scrollbar appears in the Inspector Window when the Volume Component is added
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any SRP Project
# Create any GameObject in the Hierarchy and select it
# Add Component "Volume" in the Inspector and observe the bottom of the Inspector Window
*Actual results:* When the Component is added, a Horizontal scrollbar is immediately present in the bottom of the Inspector no matter what width the Inspector Window is
*Expected results:* Horizontal scrollbars only appear when their functionality is needed
*Reproducible with versions:* 2023.2.0a23, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.8f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.35f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0a22
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Sonoma, Windows 11
