Check for Updates menu in Beta versions does not inform about new updates
1. Open Unity 5.4.0b15
2. Open Help -> Check for Updates panel
Notice that it says that Unity is updated to latest version regardless the fact that 5.4.0b25 was released few days ago.
There should be at least a warning that this functionality is not available in Beta version.

how is this by design?
Why does "check for updates" exist if it never does anything?
