[Character Controller] The character is jittering when using NetCode and moving downstairs or upstairs
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/Game/GameSubScene.unity” Scene
3. Select the “Netcode” Prefab
4. In Inspector, enter your IPv4 address into the “Ip Address” field
5. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/Game.unity” Scene
6. Enter the Play Mode
7. Move the character up and down the stairs by using the “W”, “A”, “S“, and “D“ keys
Expected result: The character’s movement is smooth
Actual result: The character is jittering when moving up or down the stairs
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-exp.22 (2022.3.14f1)
Could not test with: 1.0.0-exp.5 (2022.3.14f1) (Library\PackageCache\com.unity.charactercontroller@1.0.0-exp.5\Unity.CharacterController\PhysicsUtilities.cs(113,64): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'CustomPhysicsMaterialTags' could not be found)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
