Editor Game View does not respond to Windows UI scaling at runtime
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Make sure Game View is visible
3. Change the Windows text size to 125% (right-click desktop > Display Settings)
4. Observe the Game View
Expected result: The Game View does not change
Actual result: Grey bars appear around the Game View
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.3f1, 2021.2.0a13

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
If desired, disabling low resolution aspect ratio mode in the GameView Aspect Ratio dropdown removes the gray bars.
