Changing a camera's viewport via script breaks PostProcessing Effects in non-DirectX11 API
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the newest attached project "ViewportImageEffect.zip"
2. Enter Playmode
Expected result: cube is seen blured on-screen
Actual result: cube dissapears
Reproduced on 5.6.0a1, 5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0b1
Not reproduced on 5.5.3f1, 5.4.5p1
Regression introduced in 5.6.0a1
Notes:
-This happens with the PostProcessing Stack package as well
-Does not reproduce when the API is set to DirectX11
-Reproduces with every other API
