Changes in the Inspector values cause "Time.deltaTime" to 'stutter'/be inconsistent
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "MinimalRepro.zip" Project
2. Open "Main" Scene
3. In the Hierarchy window select the "Main Camera"
4. Enter Play mode
5. Look at the Game window
Expected Result: The Sine Wave is being drawn out without any 'artifacts'/skips/stutters
Actual Result: The Sine Wave has 'artifacts'/skips/stutters related to "Time.deltaTime" inconsistencies
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0a2, 2018.1.0b9, 2017.3.1p2, 2017.2.2f1, 2017.1.3p1
Note:
Enabling "Maximize On Play" fixes the issue because you no longer see the Editor windows and values that change
Selecting Objects in the Hierarchy also reproduces the issue
The "artifact" can also be noticed in the outputted "Time.deltaTime" values in the Console window

Resolution Note:
As of now the inspector window takes a portion of resource while repainting he data, which is causing the frame rates to drop. This will be fixed in later releases as a part of general editor performance issues.
