Certain formats of ulong cause an error when Regenerating Nodes in Visual Scripting
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-108340.zip” project
2. Go to Edit > Project Settings > Visual Scripting
3. Click “Regenerate Notes”
4. Observe the Console once complete
Expected result: No errors
Actual result: “Failed to save option 'Unity.VisualScripting.InvokeMemberOption'. System.Runtime.Serialization.SerializationException: Serialization of 'Unity.VisualScripting.InvokeMember' failed. ---> System.OverflowException: Value was either too large or too small for an Int64.” error
Reproducible with: 1.8.0 (2023.2.0b1), 1.9.4, 1.9.8 (6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
