CanvasScaler is not refreshed when enabling Canvas and parent GameObject in certain sequence
Reproduction steps:
1. Download project "CanvasScalerBugDemo.zip" and open in Unity
2. Select scene "Master"
3. Enter "Play" mode
4. Press space
Actual: numbers are blurred in Game view - "Actual.gif"
Expected: canvas elements should not be blurred in Game view even if enabled in certain sequence
Reproduced on: 2017.3.0a2; 2017.2.0b4; 2017.1.0p1; 5.6.3f1
Note: user made script "DemoBug", which does a sequence needed to reproduce the bug - "Sequence.gif"
Sequence:
1. disable the Canvas
2. disable the Gameobject parent of canvas
3. enable the Gameobject parent of canvas
4. enable the Canvas
