Canvas render order is based only on hierarchy order

To reproduce:
1. Create 2 uGUI images
2. Try to make one image go behind the other - your first instinct is to use the z Pos, that does not work. Then you look for something like order in layer (like with sprites), but such option does not exist.

Explanation:
To change the order via code you have to use Transform.SetAsFirstSibling, SetAsLastSibling or setSibling index.
