Canvas disappears on the second Display when using Lightweight SRP, Screen Space - Camera

How to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Add LightweightAsset (Edit > ProjectSettings > Graphics)
3. Build it (File > Build & Run)
4. Observe Standalone Build

Expected results: Both screens display the UI
Actual results: UI is only visible on the first screen

Reproduced: 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f, 2018.2.1f1, 2018.3.0a8
