Cannot install modules via "Install via Unity HUB" button in Build Settings
How to reproduce:
1. Install Unity with the Hub but don't install Android support
2. Create a new Project on the newly installed version
3. Open Build Settings and select Android
4. Click "Install with Unity Hub"
Expected Behavior: Hub opens up and starts installing Android Module
Actual Behavior: Hub shows "Unity <version> is already installed on your machine"
Note: Tested on HUB 2.3.2 and 2020.2.0a19 version
