Drag assets from project tab to folders under 'Favorite' mark to drop them in that folder
To recreate:
1) Create a new project
2) Create new empty folder and any asset (C# script for example)
3) Drag empty folder to favorites, working fine, makes folder with star.
4) Now drag your asset into that folder under the favorites (check the video if not sure), notice that you cannot place your asset into that folder, which you marked as favorite. It is expected that you can use it as a folder under the asset mark.
