Cannot add default Flare Layer component to a Camera from code
To reproduce:
1. Generate code that creates a camera; i.e. Camera someCam;
2. Generate code to add a flare layer component; i.e. someCam.gameObject.AddComponent<FlareLayer>();
Expected result:
Ability to add all default camera components via code.
Actual result:
You cannot. Flare Layer does not exist as a class / type.
Side problem:
As there isn't a C# version of FlareLayer class that the Camera depends on, this will get stripped from iOS builds if not used in a scene and crash on Light::RemoveFromManager.
