[Non-HMD | OpenGL] Camera rotation in the Build slightly differs from the Editor
To reproduce:
1. Open QA's attached project
2. Build on Windows x64 and run it
3. Press Right or Left arrow keys to switch views
Expected result: The cubes are displayed from the same perspective, as they are in the Editor
Actual result: Each cube is displayed slightly off from the previous one
Reproduced with: 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.2f1, 2017.4.0f1, 2018.1.0b13, 2018.2.0a7
