[Camera/ImageFx] Camera clearing breaks on Perspective/Deffered/Different Viewport rect. settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play '1' scene
3. Wait while game "phases" change. When it reaches "Phase 7", notice the camera clearing breaks
Same thing can be reproduced by simply changing main camera's 'Clear Flags' value to 'Depth Only', 'Projection' to 'Perspective' and 'Viewport Rect' values to something like X:0.1; Y:0.1; W:0.9; H:0.9
