Calling PlayableGraph.Evaluate while paused doesn't update a Skinned Mesh
To reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Select the model, add the "Attack" animation in the Animancer Controller component
3. Play and pause the Scene
4. Expand the "Attack" animation, drag the "Time" slider and observe the model
Expected result: The Skinned Mesh updates
Actual result: The Mesh only rotates when stepping after moving the animation slider
Reproduced with: 2017.3.0f1, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0f1, 2018.2.0b1
Notes:
- An assertion failed error is shown after stepping
- Not tested with 2017.2 because of plugin errors
