Button is placed at random position when editor window is minimized
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Minimize editor window
3. Make Editor window as small as possible
4. Add Button to scene
5. Maximize editor window
6. Notice that Buttons was placed in random place (often outside canvas)
This also happens when scene view is very small.
