Button click is registered through an image when the image is a child of a GameObject with a Rect Mask 2D
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. In the Game View, click on the green “Button” GameObject
Expected result: The Button is covered by the “Image - not maskable” GameObject and OnClick is not invoked
Actual result: Button’s OnClick is invoked
Reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.36f1, 6000.0.9f1

Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
