[Burst] Part of a scene's geometry disappears when Burst Compile is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project and open scene "sample scene"
2. Uncomment line 17 from "GenerateSurfaceTrianglesJob.cs"
3. In the main menu, make sure Jobs > Burst > Enable Compilation is enabled
4. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: All the scene's geometry is visible
Actual result: Some of the scene's geometry is invisible
Reproducible with: 2019.3.12f1, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a9
Could not test with: 2018.4.22f1 (errors)
Reproducible with package versions: 1.3.0-preview.8, 1.3.0-preview.10
Could not test with package versions: 1.3.0-preview.5 (dependency errors)
