Builds containing character ';' do not run
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a New project
2. File > Build & Run > Build And Run
3. Give any name that contains character ";", for example "test;"
4. Try to run the build
Expected behavior: build runs.
Actual result: build doesn't run.
Reproduced with: 5.5.0b9, 5.4.2f2, 5.3.6p5
