I'm experiencing this as well with Unity 5.5.1p4. In my project in previous versions of Unity, I had the Standard Shader included in the list of always included shaders and did not have a problem, but when I upgraded to Unity 5.5.1p4, it froze when I built the project. What should I do instead to equip standard shader for anything that uses standard shader?
