Building project for UWP with IL2CPP backend fails with a generic error message
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Build
4. Observe the errors
Actual results: Build fails with a generic error message
Expected results: Build should fail with a specific error
Reproduced with: 2017.1.3p4, 2017.2.1.p4, 2017.3.1p2, 2018.1.0b9, 2018.2.0a1
