Building Player leads to errors when terrain and terrain trees are in separate asset bundles
1. Open attached Unity project
2. Build and run the project
3. Open ...LocalLow\DefaultCompany\AssetBundleRefError\output_log.txt
Expected result: Asset bundles are built without errors in a built project.
Actual result: Building asset bundles cases errors: "The referenced script (Unknown) on this Behaviour is missing!", "The referenced script on this Behaviour (Game Object '<null>') is missing!".
Reproduced with: 2018.2.1f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2017.4.8f1, 2017.2.3p3.
Note: Can't test on 2018.3 and 2017.1 because of errors.
