Build Settings window UI is broken and ArgumentNullException errors are thrown when UWP Platform tab is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "File/Build Settings..." window
3. Select "Universal Windows Platform" tab
Expected result: Build Settings window UI is not broken and ArgumentNullException errors are not thrown.
Actual result: Build Settings window UI is broken and ArgumentNullException errors are thrown.
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a7, 2018.3.0a9
Not reproducible with - 2017.2.3p3, 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.4f1, 2018.3.0a6
Notes:
- The issue is still present after switching the platform (e.g. to "PC, Mac & Linux Standalone").
