[Build][FrameDebugger] Game view is misplaced if frame debugging and main monitor is on the left to secondary monitor
Preparing machine:
1. Open screen resolution settings
2. Set multidisplay setup so that [2][1] where [1] is main display and is on the right to the secondary monitor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run it
3. Attach frame debugger to build project
4. Click on "RenderDeferred.GBuffer" and notice that game view is shifted down
Reproduced with: 5.4.0b2, 5.4.0b18
Not reproducible: 5.3.4p6, 5.4.0b1
