Build and Run fails and throws an incorect path error when the project's Product Name includes a colon
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to File -> Build Settings -> Player Settings and change the Product name to "Build Test: Subtitle"
3. Click "Build and Run", create a new "Build" folder and select it as the destination
4. Observe the error
Expected result: the build successfully finishes without any errors
Actual result: Windows error is thrown and the build fails
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a13, 2018.3.1f1
Not reproducible in: 2017.4.18f1
