Bug reporter doesn't open after the Editor crash
Steps to reproduce:
1) Import attached package
2) Open scene "09_Crash Handler"
3) Press Play
4) Click on "Raise Exception" button
Observe the crash. No bug reporter
Expected result: Bug reporter should show up after the crash
Actual result: Bug reporter doesn't show up
Reproduced with:
2019.1.0a8, 2019.1.0a7, 2019.1.0a6
Working on:
2019.1.0a5, 2018.3.0b9
Environment: Occurs only on Windows
Note: I wasn't able to test with the older versions, because of the package manager errors
