Broken assets and Console URP Package errors are present in the URP 3D Sample Template
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a 3D URP Sample Template Project from HUB
# Wait for it to compile
# Observe Game View, Scene View, the Console
*Actual results:* Assets are pink, Console logs errors:
