Bolt references don't update on adding Bolt to a project
When Bolt Assets (Scenes, Macros, Variables, etc.) are added to the project before Bolt is installed, installing Bolt will not fill in any of those references and the project will be broken.

Resolution Note:
If a user distributes a piece of content relying on a Bolt script that isn't included in the asset or the project, it's expected behavior for it not to work.
With the intended move towards a built-in feature, it will no longer be possible for the script not to exist on the Unity versions that include it, so this problem should resolve itself.
