[Block] Screen Space Size block doesn't work without scale for most of its enum options
Repro steps:
1. Drop the attached VFX asset into the scene
2. In the Output, switch the Size Mode to "Pixel Absolute"
3. Observe how the particles disappear
4. Enable the Set Scale block in initialize
5. Observe how the particles now appear.
Note:
- Pixel Absolute, RatioRelativeToHeight, and RatioRelativeToWidth don't work without a scale attribute.
Looks like scaleY is not being set in the code
