"BlendTreeWorkspace is NULL" error spam while a BlendTree state is open in Animator Window after saving scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached "blendtreeerrors.zip" Unity project
2. Open "test" scene
3. Double-click "New Animator Controller" asset to open the Animator Window
4. Open "Blend Tree" state
5. Create a new object in Hierarchy window to dirty the scene and save scene
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: Multiple "BlendTreeWorkspace is NULL" errors are thrown while Blend Tree state is open in Animator Window and new errors keep appearing every time the animator window is repainted
BlendTreeWorkspace is NULL

Didn't reproduce on: 2021.2.0a17, 2021.1.13f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2019.4.28f1
