Blend Shape Normals Calculating even when set to none when normal import mode set to calculate
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “BlendShapeNormalBug.zip“
2. Open the “SampleScene“ scene
3. Select the “BSPlane.fbx“ prefab in the Project window and set the Normals to “Calculate“ and Blend Shape Normals to “None” in the Inspector window and press “Apply”
4. Observe the “BSPlane.fbx“ GameObject in the Scene
Expected result: Blend Shape Normals are not present on the mesh
Actual result: Blend Shape Normals are present on the mesh
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a13, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.20f1, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2022.1.0a12
Tested on: macOS Ventura 13.3.1
