Blend Shape Normals are included when Normals are set to Calculate and Blend Shape Normals to None
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. In the Hierarchy Window select “sphere” GameObject
4. In the Inspector Window right-click “Check Blendshape Normals (Script)” Component
5. Select “Check Delta Normals”
6. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: “Delta normals has data: False” Log message
Actual result: “Delta normals has data: True” Log message
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a13, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.20f1, 2023.1.0b17, 2023.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.25f1, 2022.1.0a12
Reproducible on: Intel Mac OS 13.3.1
