[Blackboard] Deleted properties still show up in the inspector
Repro steps:
1. Create a new VFX and add it to the scene
2. Open the VFX and create an exposed property (i.e. a float)
3. Open the inspector, select the VFX, and confirm the property shows there
4. Delete the property
5. Observe in the inspector that it still shows there
Expected outcome:
- The deleted property to no longer show in the inspector
Notes:
- Recompiling the graph does not help
- Adding a new property refreshes the inspector
