1. What happened

Workaround possible: close current app.
BlackBerry won't launch app over another app. It just stalls. Thus far, only tried on Win8, will try on OSX next week. Haven't tried on other mobiles as I don't have any avaialble.

2. How we can reproduce it using the example you attached

To repro:
1. Launch app to device.
2. Launch it again. Observe it stalls, as though it's waiting for the other to close.
