Binding is not supported for Hash128 warning spamming the console when inspecting 2D images
Repro steps:
- create a new project with 2023.1 latest and any template
- add a 2d image to the project
- inspect that image
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Reproducible on: Unity Editor 2023.1.15f1, 2023.1.5f1
Cannot repro with 2022.3.9f1, 2023.3.0a7 or 2023.2.0b12
Expected result: there should be no errors in the console when performing such a simple operation
Actual result: every time the user selects and inspect a 2D image, this warning appears in the console:

Same, Unity 2023.1.20f:
Binding is not supported for Hash128 properties "m_ImageContentsHash"
UnityEditor.InspectorWindow:RedrawFromNative ()Can't change sprite settings because of this warning.

I have the same issue:

Latest issues
- WebCamTexture does not set the requested resolution when used in WebGL

Resolution Note:
This issue only seems to replicate on one machine - which points to problems to that particular machine, and not a general Unity bug.
Will reopen if we find that it's more wide-spread.
