[Barracuda][Android] ~200ms performance degradation after starting Inference which also causes videos to stop playing
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Press the "StartInference" button
Actual: The video stops playing and the app starts running slowly with ~200ms CPU spikes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.15f1

Notes:
- Couldn't test other Unity versions due to errors in the project
