[Scriptable Build Pipeline][Backport] Meshes are not baked when Prebake Collision Meshes flag is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("ConvexHull.zip")
2. Open SampleScene scene
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: No warning is thrown
Actual result: "Couldn't create a Convex Mesh" warning is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.10f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a7
Could not test with: 2017.4.39f1 (Package manager is not available)
