Background Thread crash freezes editor when opening a specific scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/MainMenu.unity“ scene
Expected result: The scene opens
Actual result: Editor hangs
Reproducible with: 6000.0.36f1, 6000.1.0b4, 6000.2.0a1
Couldn’t test with: 2022.3.57f1 - project hangs when opening
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
Also crashes when building, since the menu scene is included
Sometimes crashes instead of hanging
