Awake methods of generic class children are not called
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a generic class which is derived from MonoBehaviour
2. Create a class which is derived from previously created class. Implement Awake() method and have it print out something to log once called.
3. Deploy the project to WP8 device
4. See that nothing is printed out.
